I have a great imagination, but no skill at putting my ideas in practise. This blog is my diary while I try to teach myself baking and cake decorating. If it turns out I can do, then anyone can do it! I've taken books out of the library, watched you tube and had loads of fun on eBay.

Colours
You can have coloured butter icing and coloured fondant.
You can even have cupcakes with multiple coloured toppings
