These are the basic recipes that I use.  These can be played with to make different flavours, for instance the chocolate cupcakes made with orange and some real chocolate would make great chocolate orange cupcakes.  I can also just Google any recipes I don’t have.

60g walnuts

150g light soft brown sugar

4 eggs

2 tbsp coffee granules

12 caramelised banana and cinnamon cupcakes

90g butter

90g light soft brown sugar

3 eggs

90g self raising flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 banana
